Open vendor data
Two files list every vendor we publish. 227 of 421 have a confirmed public price as of 2026-10-17. The others say not public. The files do not include ratings, reviews, or a sponsored flag.
- vendors.csv
- vendors.json
- pricing.csv — one row per published plan. An unconfirmed listing has a single contact-the-vendor row and no amount.
Columns
- name and url — the product name and the vendor site we list.
- category — the directory category, such as AI receptionist (SMB) or Developer voice platform. Industry sections on category pages are filters of these categories, not a second dataset.
- starting_price — the verified monthly entry when we have one, "$0 to start" when the entry is zero, or "not public".
- per_minute — the per-minute field from the listing, or "not public" when the vendor prices another way or we could not confirm a price.
- trial — the free tier or trial the listing states, or "not public". Amounts are stripped when the price itself was not confirmed.
- hipaa — "stated" only when the vendor's compliance line names HIPAA or a BAA. 10 listings say that as of 2026-10-17. "not stated" is not a finding that the vendor is out of compliance.
- source — the page we checked. Read it before you cite a number.
- verified — the date that page was checked.
- pricing_confirmed — yes or no. When it is no, starting_price and per_minute are "not public" even if an older note somewhere mentioned a figure.
How to cite
License: CC-BY 4.0. Attribute Voice Agent Scout and link this page or the file. A price can change after the verified date. We do not add a rating column, because a third-party score on our page is not our review and is not eligible for review markup. The method, including what "confirmed" means, is on the methodology page.
The same figures appear on each vendor profile, the AI receptionist cost page, and llms.txt. If a profile and the file disagree, the profile was rebuilt from the same data in the same run, so treat a mismatch as a bug and send a correction.
Plan file
pricing.csv is wider. Each row is one published plan: vendor, category, plan name, price, included usage, overage, source URL, and the checked date. A listing we could not confirm does not get a guessed plan. It gets one row whose price says to contact the vendor. Do not average that file. Confirmed and unconfirmed rows are not the same kind of number. Filter on the vendor file's pricing_confirmed column first, then join on the vendor name.
